Typology: Semi-aromatic white wine.
Production Area: In Piedmont, especially in the Langhe region.
Soil: Calcareous and clayish hilly ground.

Harvest: End of September.
Alcohol: 13% Vol.
Service temperature: 12°C - 14°C
Yield per hectare: 7,000 kilos of grapes.
Bottles produced: 4000
Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration at 2-4°C for 24 hours, pressing, fermentation at 14°C, aging on their lees, bottling, confection.
Maturation: About 6 months in steel on the fermentation lees.
Aging: One month in bottle before sale.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: Aromatic but tasteful, with apple, vanilla, and exotic fruits hints.
Flavour: Well-balanced, soft and persistent.
Food Matches: Seafood and shellfish; also with fresh cheeses and first courses.
Conservation: In the dark, in lay-down bottle at 10°C - 12°C with 75% of humidity.
Annotations: It's a wine very tasteful,with low level of acidity, excellent in the first 2 years.
