Grapes: Assembling of Shyraz, Merlot and Nebbiolo grapes in various percentages depending on the years.

Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration a 32°C for seven days, pressing, racking, aging for 18 months, then bottling. Clarifications or filtrations aren't done.
Maturation: 14 months in huge oak barrel.
Aging: 3 months in bottle before sale.
Colour: Intense red ruby with violet reflections.
Aroma: Intense, vinoso, with marked spices, fruits and flowers hints.
Flavour: Full flavour, armonic with a pleasantly slighty bitter final.
Food Matches: Important first courses, meat-based main courses and aged cheeses.
Conservation: In the dark, in a lay-down bottle at 10°C - 12°C with 75% of humidity.
Annotations: Improves in the first 6-8 years of aging.
